We're looking for some great students who will treat this home like their own and will enjoy

The house is located at 308 Toll Gate Blvd., Waterloo which is just off Bearinger Rd. A new road called Grand Blvd. which leads to the new hi-tech park is one - two blocks away. Grand Blvd. is now almost completed with only the last few hundred feet under construction. You can now walk or ride a bike from the existing Optometry building on Columbia St. through the North Campus lands, past the new Sybase building (presently under construction) up to Bearinger Rd. Grand Blvd. is now the new link from Bearinger Rd. to Columbia St. (directly across from the university residences on the north side of the
South Campus). It is approx. 10-15 min. walk to U. of W. using the Grand Blvd.
There's also the #9 bus at the corner.
The surrounding homes near 308 Tollgate, are owned by families so it's a nice quiet neighbourhood. You can
party elsewhere off campus and come home to a quiet place!
The rooms are all very bright & spacious. As you can see from the photos, the
lower level is only 27" in the ground, so there are large windows in every bedroom.
