This Waterloo off campus home is located at 308 Toll Gate Blvd. (off Bearinger Rd.).
This single family Waterloo home has just been converted into a 5 bedroom student residence.
This home has been renovated to accommodate students, so it is in much better condition
than almost everything else out there on the student market today.
We're looking for some great students who will treat this home like their own and will enjoy
the privilege of being able to live in a really clean, bright environment. We have equipped each of
the five bedrooms with it's own hi-speed internet connection; t.v. cable and telephone.
The house is located at 308 Toll Gate Blvd., Waterloo which is just off Bearinger Rd. The new road called Hagey Blvd. which starts on Columbia at the optometry building, leads through the new hi-tech park (Sybase has a new building there already).
Hagey Blvd. is now paved through to Bearinger Rd. One can easily walk or bike ride to the U of W. campus. You can drive directly through too. It's about a 10 minute walk. There's also a bus (#9) at our corner.
The surrounding homes are owned by families so it's a nice quiet neighbourhood. You can
party elsewhere off campus and come home to a quiet place!
The rooms are all very bright & spacious. As you can see from the photos, the
lower level is only 27" in the ground, so there are large windows in every bedroom.
