First
of all, we'll need some basic information about your property. You
can hgive us that by completely filling out the form below.
One
of our Team members will call you shortly after receiving your submission
form to make sure we have a clear picture of what your home is like.
After talking with you, we'll go to work and prepare our evaluation
of the market activity for houses or condos like yours. We'll check
the selling price, the interior condition and features PLUS the time
on the market for each of the comparable homes to give you an approximate
range for the current value of your home.
When
we've completed the evaluation, we'll set up a specific time to talk
to you personally by telephone to review our market analysis results.
Once we've spoken, we can even fax you copies of the sold listings
and we'll always be available by phone to answer any questions you
might have.
As
soon as we get your e-mail, we'll get to work on preparing your evaluation,
and you should receive our "fact gathering" phone call in

What
is the next step?
As
you get closer to the time to put your home on the market there are
several steps involved. They will include: a preview of your home,
suggestions of how you can get "Top Dollar" for your home,
recommendations of the strategies we use to get your home sold quickly!

note that the Over-the-phone Evaluation can ONLY be done for houses
or condos in the neighbourhoods of Kitchener Waterloo. If your property
lies outside this community, please e-mail us directly and we'll attempt
to find someone locally who can do it for you.
It
takes Carol Hammer, Broker and her team approximately 3 hours to do a proper,
serious evaluation for you.
If
you are already working with another agent, please ask him or her
to do this appraisal for you as part of the service they should be
providing to their clientele!
Our
hope of course is that by providing this type of service to people,
we would be considered when the time is right for you to sell
