If for any reason, you feel that we are not fulfilling our promises to you, you have the right to cancel our Listing Agreement at anytime! No hassles!

Many real estate companies request that you sign a 2-6 month listing with them. That is fine if the agent advertises and markets the property, shows the property and continually reports to you about the activity on the property. However, as time progresses, it may happen, that the agent does not perform one or all of the above activities, thus creating a great frustration to the homeowner. What can you do? You can talk candidly with your agent and review your original agreement that should have included what the agent and real estate company were prepared to do for you, throughout the listing contract.

If the agent or the real estate company decides, they are doing sufficient marketing (which may still be unacceptable to you), they may feel no obligation to:

a) change or improve their activities or

b) release you from your original listing contract.

If this is the case, you are tied into that listing contract until the expiry date!

2)  Showing & Marketing Feedback.  Many homeowners complain that they list their home with an agent and never hear from them again. This is simply not good enough!

The Hammer Team feels that you should be aware of all activity, including comments from showings, agent feedback and the marketing activity which is scheduled for your home. Our Showing & Marketing Feedback says that if we don't contact you by Tues. 8:00 p.m. by either phone, fax, letter, or  email about the previous week's activities on your home, ... OR if we don't update your personal assigned Realty Information Hotline Mailbox every Tuesday by 8:00 p.m. with the latest feedback from the agents who have shown your home, then ...

We promise to deduct $50.00 from your sales commission for each occurrence where we're late, payable on closing day!
