We had been exploring one weekend and found a model home that we really liked. We called Carol immediately and asked her to go through it with us. When we got there, she could see how excited we were about the house. As we went through, she pointed out the great things about the house. This home was "just perfect" for us. It had a wonderful "open concept" and really loved it.

As we stood on the street in front of the house, we asked Carol what she thought. She told us, the house was perfect for us. The layout, the design, the price...except the HYDRO TOWER in the back yard! Our hearts sank!

She suggested that since we like to entertain our friends a lot, that every time we went onto our deck for a barbeque, we would see this huge tower and over time, we would grow to hate it. Not only that, the resale value of our home would be less, when it comes time for us to re-sell our home.

She continued on. She said we had accomplished a lot that day. We found the design we liked. She also asked if we would mind if she could search for another builder in a better location to see if we could have the house built somewhere else. We were very surprised and didn't realize that this was a possibility.

Within a week, Carol found another builder, in a better location that would build us the exact same house with only a few minor changes.

We were thrilled!
