Most Realtors we talked to were only interested in showing us properties and making a quick sale. They were not interested in what our needs and wants were. Some even showed us homes, way out of our price range.

We took a couple of hours to sit with us and discuss what we needed and wanted in a home and helped us come up with a realistic compromise. Carol and Fred worked with us for almost a year until we found the house we wanted. We never felt rushed. They showed us only the properties we wanted to see, and assured us that our house would come on the market.

The Hammers went to work to help us purchase, arrange for a home inspection and gave us info about lawyers and mortgage consultants. Everything pretty much went our way. We couldn't be more impressed with everything.
