When we decided to buy our first home we knew nothing about the real estate market or how to even buy a home. Most realtors we talked to were only interested in showing us properties and making a quick sale. They were not interested in what our needs and wants were. Some even showed us homes way out of our price range.

Before showing us any listings Carol spent a couple of hours to sit with us and discuss what we needed and wanted in a home and helped us come up with a realistic compromise. Carol and Fred worked with us for almost a year until we found the house we wanted. We never felt rushed. They showed us only the properties we wanted to see, had assured us that our house would come on the market.

When we found our house, we were scared and excited! This is our first home. Fred went over the house with a fine tooth comb and made sure we came "back to earth" before any offer was signed. He wanted to make sure we saw ourselves living in this house before we bought it.

We would like to thank Carol and Fred for staying behind us for so long. By educating us and offering excellent advice, they helped us find the perfect home. They treated us and supported us as friends would and always put our interest first.
