We're looking for some great students who will treat this home like their own and will enjoy

cable.
The house is located at 308 Toll Gate Blvd., Waterloo which is just off Bearinger Rd. The new road called Grand Blvd. which leads to the new hi-tech park which is one block away. Grand Blvd. is under construction this year. It will be a direct
link from Bearinger Rd. to Columbia St. (directly across from the university residences on the north side of the
South Campus). The surrounding homes are owned by families so it's a nice quiet neighbourhood. You can
party elsewhere off campus and come home to a quiet place!
Presently, the students that live in Lakeshore, take the bike path which is directly across from Parkside Rd. This
runs across the North Campus grounds and comes out at Columbia St. It's a 15-20 minute walk to University of
Waterloo. When the Grand Blvd. is completed (sometime during spring/summer 2003), it should be about a 10 min. walk. There's a bus stop (#9 bus) at our corner.
The rooms are all very bright & spacious. As you can see from the photos, the
lower level is only 27" in the ground, so there are large windows in every bedroom.
